Are safe, comprehensive, and fun outdoor sessions for all levels. Sessions last an hour and fifteen minutes and are held outside in the beautiful settings of San Francisco. Sessions meet at different locations each time to keep participants challenged and motivated. Workouts include muscular strength and endurance, cardio-vascular conditioning, flexibility, balance, agility, stability, core strength, and posture awareness.

Consist of Farmer's Market tours, outdoor weekend workouts, weekend Tahoe wellness retreats, and other fun activities! These events are held on the weekends and are a great way to combine healthy eating, exercise, and fun!
