What do I need to bring?
- Trail running shoes
- Layered clothing for all weather types
- Hat, sunscreen, and sunglasses
- Gloves with leather palms or rubber grips(not required)
- Water
- Heart rate monitor
- Dumbbells- 2 sets of hand weights light and heavy set
Balance participants are...- Healthy adults between 18-70 yrs old
- Adults who enjoy being outside and are willing to workout in all weather conditions (sunshine, fog, rain, wind, etc)
- Adults who are free of injuries chronic knee, hip, and shoulder problems)
- Adults who can walk quickly or run
- Adults who would like to improve their health, mindset, and energy level
